When do you start working on my services?

We start working on your services once you have completed your questionnaire(s) and paid your deposit. Be advised your questionnaire(s) must be completed ENTIRELY. This allows us to have a vision and inspiration for us to execute the most suitable design that will fit your business.

We recommend having the questionnaires submitted within 3 days as delays may cause issues with the estimated turnaround time for your project.

What is the turnaround time for the services?

During this process, we will create the content for your brand by using videography and photography to attract your audience. We will set up a content day to film the content (optional). After the content is created and approved by the client, we will create a schedule to post on selected social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat)

Timeline: 14 days

We will create a logo, website, and branding identity ( including templates)

Timeline: 14-21 days

This package includes The Social Media Solution and The Branding Solution for your project.

Timeline: 14-30 days

How do you handle enagagment?

Full accountability management (responding to comments via postings or DMs, following new accounts, etc)

We recommend 90 days of consistency to see results.

Payment, Refund and Cancellation

All services require a 50% deposit to secure your slot.

The remainder is due before the kick-off date.

Please communicate with us if you may encounter any delays with the transfer of payment. Failure to do so will subject your project to cancellation, and a refund, partial or in full, will not be issued.

The nature of the services we provide is customized specifically per project. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

However, we can offer adjustments for the project to your liking.

Do you guarantee people will buy my product(s) or service(s)?

No, we can not guarantee people will purchase your product(s) or service(s).

How do you communicate?

Our main method of communication is through email. In this way, it keeps one stream of all communication including how you will receive drafts and files. In instances where your service includes a Strategic Call, Zoom or Microsoft Teams will be utilized. 

What are your working hours?

We work Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. We do not work weekends or holidays.

However, some arrangements can be made for rush projects.
